About The Program
Garden State CrossFit Kids is a unique program that incorporates constantly varied, functional movement done at intensity levels which are individually scaled and varied. The workout utilizes cardiovascular endurance exercise, gymnastic movements and weight bearing drills. This is tailored specifically for children in the CrossFit Kids program. We use light weights which will gradually increase over time as the child's capacity increases. This exciting program was not only developed to improve your child's fitness level, but also geared toward giving your child an enjoyable fitness experience in a safe environment. It is our belief that a child's introduction to fitness be fun and exciting. At Garden State CrossFit we strive to help our kids form a positive association with fitness. We help the children to develop a healthy foundation, which provides a basis for a lifetime of involvement in fitness. It is our goal for every child to have the ability to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
